Time 2 Begin.....

Our Promise to you

We will bring a quality service to your organisation, with a foundation in our belief in potential for every person to be more, and achieve more.

We will evaluate our work with you and give you honest feedback on successes and areas for development.

We will always work within the ethos, principles and structures of your organisation.

Our mission is summed up more eloquently as below:

"Men often become what they believe themselves to be.  If I cannot do something, it makes me incapable of doing it.  But when I believe I can, then I acquire the ability to do even if I didn't have it in the beginning."

Mahatma Gandhi (1869 - 1948)

So how will we work with you?

Lets say that you were born with the greatest computer the world has ever seen; your brain. Your brain is capable of the most amazing things; it can learn and understand multiple languages, it can understand complex problems and multi-task solutions easily from day to day. It can learn to operate any machinery easily, can understand and reproduce music. It knows what you like and don’t like…you get the picture.

The only thing is that this amazing computer came to you without an instruction manual! Your unconscious mind (luckily) is there to run the most important aspects of your existence like breathing, keeping your heart beating and your blood flowing etc, but other more complicated software that was ‘loaded’ into your brain like talking or walking, learning to read, write, drive a car, use a mobile phone, play an instrument, this behaviour had to be installed and learned.

Keeping this in mind, lets agree that if all behaviour (software) is installed and learned, that sometimes software can get corrupted (like on your home or work computer).

So you find yourself with, say, a phobia? You didn’t always have it. You can’t really remember why you’ve got it. But it’s there. Like a corrupted file in the system. It holds you back from doing what you want to do. Or you used to be outgoing and confident, but something happened, something changed inside you and you’re not sure why……others can deal with pressure at work, how do they do it?

Maybe you lack the confidence to deliver outstanding presentations, stay focused and control your state no matter the size or importance of the audience? Would it be of value to be able to negotiate effectively and hold successful meetings? How important is it to be able to communicate to, and understand your work force or team, and be able to motivate them in the way they want to be motivated?

For those who work in education, you already know how important it is to be an effective communicator. Would you like to learn the language patterns and skills will help maximize your student’s potential? How about controlling your state when dealing with difficult situations? Or recognizing how learning strategies work and effectively helping with poor spelling strategies?

We’ve all heard how successful sports people often talk about being in the zone. The mystical place in their mind where they utilize their resources and push themselves beyond their capabilities. Ever wondered how they do it? Ever wondered if you too could keep calm when the pressures on? NLP has a range of techniques that are already being used by top athletes and sports people world-wide.

By working with us we help you update your instruction manual for the brain, it can help to re-install the behaviour/software you want, and achieve the results you desire and deserve.

Sounds interesting?  Like to see more? Want to do things differently?

Gain without pain? Change without difficulty? Yes, this is possible!

"Come to the edge," he said. "We can't, master, we're scared".  "Come to the edge," he said.  "we can't master, we're scared".  "Come to the edge," he said.

They came, he pushed them..... they flew.....
